This dress is a lovely style. I am only about 162cm and this hem sits nicely at mid calf level. I am also a chunky pear shape and this is flattering style for my shape. It has a slight A line to the skirt section so it falls nicely. Flutter sleeves give good coverage to top of arm area if you don't like to show arms. You could dress this up for a work outfit or dress down for casual. Probably the nicest dress I have purchased for a while!
