IN STORE EXCHANGE
If your not completely happy with your item, you are always welcome to drop into one of our 11 stores across Australia and exchange the item. You have 30 days to do an in store exchange. Be sure to bring your e-receipt and the garment should comply with the returns policy as explained in the Return Form provided with your garment (e-store purchases only).
Catalog’s return of goods policy is consistent with the terms as enforced by the Australian Competition and Consumer commission. Customers seeking to return items for incorrect sizing, fit or change of mind must:
- Make the return within 14 days of purchase / 28 days for international purchases.
- Ensure that garments are not damaged or altered (makeup/fake tan stains, no perfume/deodorant scents or other signs of wear).
- Ensure that the garment is in original condition. This means unworn, unwashed and with all tags still attached.
Catalog is not required to accept returns that do not comply with the above, or due to a change of mind, we do however encourage you to visit one of our 11 stores to exchange the item within 14 days of the purchase or return to our office for a Catalog credit note.
OTHER CONDITIONS FOR RETURNING ITEMS:
Return shipping is at the customers expense. We recommend maintaining all shipping and tracking information as we don’t accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in transit.
Store credits are valid for 90 days and will be emailed to the same email address as per the order.

If you have received an incorrect item or notice a fault, please email us immediately so we can rectify the issue.
Catalog is not required by Australian Consumer Law to provide a refund on returns due to size, fit or change of mind.
